By accessing or using Atlas10X ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atlas10X ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Atlas10X is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform that helps businesses analyze competitor advertising strategies on Facebook. The Service includes ad library analysis, swipe file creation, creative brief generation, and related research tools. Features and functionality may change over time as we improve the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use Atlas10X, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update any changes. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond its intended interface
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe upon the rights of others
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Atlas10X and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as creative briefs and swipe files). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payment & Billing

Certain features of Atlas10X require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Content

The Service may display or reference third-party advertisements, brand pages, and publicly available content from platforms such as Meta's Ad Library. This content is provided for research and analysis purposes only. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Your use of third-party content is subject to the respective platform's terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Analysis and insights generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas10X and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
